TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ENHANCE ACCESS TO A MUSICAL EDUCATION AND FUTURE EMPLOYMENT, AND IN SUCH WAYS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
