TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT
FROM TIME TO TIME FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE AREA KNOWN AS THE DEEPINGS.
THE DEEPINGS IS DEFINED BY THE TOWNS/ VILLAGES OF MARKET DEEPING, DEEPING ST JAMES, DEEPING ST
NICHOLAS, WEST DEEPING, DEEPING GATE, LANGTOFT, BASTON, GREATFORD, BARHOLM, MAXEY, ETTON,
NORTHBOROUGH, GLINTON, PEAKIRK, FROGNALL AND STOWGATE.
NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH
ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
