THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONGST PEOPLE WHO ARE BEGGING, SLEEPING ROUGH OR HOMELESS IN THE KINGS HEATH BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (‘KINGS HEATH BID’) AREA AND THE SURROUNDING STREETS. THIS IS DONE BY THE PROVISION OF:
1) ITEMS SUCH AS CLOTHING, FOOD AND WATER
2) SIGNPOSTING THE BENEFICIARIES TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT CAN GIVE SUPPORT AND INFORMATION IN RELATION TO HOUSING, SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAMMES AND FOOD BANKS.
