TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN FOR THE BENEFIT OT THE PUBLIC A TRAMWAY MUSEUM, AND FOR THE LIKE PURPOSE TO PROMOTE THE PERMANENT PRESERVATION OF TRAMCARS AND TRAMWAYS WHICH ARE OF HISTORICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC VALUE.
