TO RELIEVE PERSONS RESIDENT IN REDDITCH AND DISTRICT WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS OR SICKNESS, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO ARE SUFFERING OR WHO HAVE SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF CRIME, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT THINK FIT.
