Charitable objects

THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN WELSH CULTURE INCLUDING THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE PUBLIC TASTE IN THE ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR BY THE FOLLOWING MEANS: (A) BY THE HOLDING FROM TIME TO TIME AS MAY BE THOUGHT EXPEDIENT OF AN EISTEDDFOD IN THE COUNTY OF MERSEYSIDE OR ELSEWHERE, (B) BY THE HOLDING OF CONCERTS, MEETINGS AND OTHER FUNCTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH EISTEDDFOD, AND EISTEDDFORD IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS SHALL BE NECESSARY.
