TO PROVIDE AN EDUCATION & TRAINING SERVICE FOR THE PUBLIC WITHIN THE GREATER MANCHESTER NORTH & LANCASHIRE AREA, TOGETHER WITH ANY RELATE CENTRE AREA WITH WHICH WE CONTRACT TO PROVIDE SUCH SERVICES, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL AND SEXUAL RELATIONSHIPS AND WITH A VIEW TO DEVELOPING PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ENRICHING FAMILY LIFE
