THE OBJECT[S] OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT LOCKSLEY SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES (NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE LEA) FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL.
