(A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT THE RSA ACADEMY AT TIPTON, WEST MIDLANDS BY THE PROVISION OF SCHOOL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED; AND (B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
