THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:
FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE IN BIRMINGHAM, ENGLAND AND ISLAMABAD, PAKISTAN THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS, WORKING TO ASSIST SUCH INDIVIDUALS.
