FOR THE RESTORATION REPAIR RENEWAL IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH OF ST HELENS KIRMINGTON ("THE CHURCH") AND OF THE FURNITURE AND FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT IN THE CHURCH WHICH SHALL EXTEND TO INCLUDE TOTALLY NEW AND DIFFERENT STRUCTURES FURNITURE FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT IN OR ON ANY PART OF THE CHURCH.
