Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND IN THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND MAY DO SO BY THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT APPROVED BY THEM TO BE USED IN THE DEPARTMENT OR ANY SUCH OTHER EQUIPMENT FOR THE LIKE PURPOSE AS SHALL BE SUGGESTED BY THE MEDICAL STAFF OF THE DEPARTMENT AND APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES AND SHALL VEST THE OWENERSHIP OF SUCH EQUIPMENT IN THE HEALTH AUTHORITY UPON THE HEALTH AUTHORITY UNDERTAKING TO USE THE SAME FOR THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TRUSTS HEREIN SET OUT.
