TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN BELOW COMPULSORY SCHOOL AGE BY:- (A) PROVIDING SAFE AND SATISFACTORY GROUP PLAY, IN WHICH PARENTS TAKE PARK WHEN APPROPRIATE; (B) ENCOURAGING OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES THROUGH WHICH PARENTS MAY HELP OTHER CHILDREN.
