TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE HOPE VALLEY AREA BY THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL AIDS AND HEALTH EDUCATION MATERIAL WHICH ARE NOT READILY AVAILABLE FROM THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE.
