2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ISSUES FACED BY THE FAMILIES OF PERSONS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM ADDICTION TO DRUGS AND OTHER SUBSTANCES.
