B. THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN ENGLAND, AFRICA AND THE WEST INDIES BY PROVIDING ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.
