1) ONE HALF OF THE INCOME IN AUGMENTATION OF THE INCOME OF THE UNITED CHARITY. 2) ONE HALF OF THE INCOME IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE A PARENT RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF OLDHAM AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
