3.1 INCREASING ACCESS AND PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT;
3.2 PROMOTING THE POSITIVE SOCIAL IMPACT OF THE ARTS;
3.3 SUPPORTING EFFORTS TO SHARE ART AND CULTURE IN AN ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE AND SUSTAINABLE WAY; AND
3.4 SUPPORTING CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS, ARTISTS AND THE CREATION OF CONTEMPORARY ART.
