1. TO FURTHER THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH IN SOUTH WALES.2. TO HOLD THE LAND AND BUILDINGS KNOWN AS 67 AND 68 DOCK STREET AND LAND ARE BUILDINGS ON THE SOUTH EAST SIDE OF POWELL'S PLACE NEWPORT, GWENT, UPON TRUST TO PERMIT THEM TO BE USED AS A PLACE OF WORSHIP FOR PERSONS PROFESSING THE CHRISTIAN FAITH. 3. TO MAINTAIN THE FABRIC AND CONTENTS OF THE SAID PREMISES AND THE SERVICES CARRIED ON THEREIN. 4. TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN SUCH PART OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY THINK FIT.
