1. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE AMATEUR SPORT OF FOOTBALL AND OTHER SPORTS IN THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE BY THE PROVISION OF OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THOSE SPORTS.
2. TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME, BY PROVIDING GRANTS, TO INDIVIDUALS AND/OR CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS.
