THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS IN SUCH PARTS OF INDIA AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DECIDE, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SPAYING, NEUTERING AND VACCINATION SERVICES TO HOMELESS STREET DOGS, TOGETHER WITH EMERGENCY VETERINARY CARE FOR SUCH ANIMALS WHERE NECESSARY, DESIGNED TO CONTROL THE POPULATION OF UNWANTED ANIMALS AND PREVENT DISEASE AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS.
