TO RELIEVE POVERTY GENERALLY AND OF THOSE WHO ARE VICTIMS OF NATURAL OF OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY MAKING GRANTS FOR ITEMS, EQUIPMENT, SERVICES AND FACILITIES, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF FOOD, WATER, CLOTHING, OTHER BASIC NECESSITIES AND COSTS FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
