Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:- 1) IN OR OTWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR PILLING CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL. 2) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS AT THE SAID SCHOOL IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
