TO MAINTAIN AND PROVIDE SUCH SCHOOLS WITH EQUIPMENT, AND AWARD PRIZES AND SCHOLARSHIPS TO PUPILS OR PROFICIENCY, AND PROVIDE EXHIBITIONS AND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION.
