THE TRUSTEES MAY MAKE PAYMENTS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OR IMPROVEMENT OF WHELDRAKE CHURCH OF ENGLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL AND SUBJECT THERETO THE INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF WHELDRAKE AND THAT PART OF THE PARISH OF HESLINGTON WHICH FORMERLY COMPRISED THE PARISH OF LANGWITH.
