B) THE RELIEF OF PVERTY AMONG THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT. C) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION INCLUDING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND PROVISION OF A SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS.
