Charitable objects

TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE ACROSS THE COUNTIES OF YORKSHIRE AND LANCASHIRE , (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE AREA OF BENEFIT') WHOSE CIRCUMSTANCES OR WAY OF LIFE PUTS THEM AT RISK OF COMING INTO CONFLICT WITH THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM OR HAS ALREADY DONE SO, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THROUGH RECREATIONAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
