TO RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AMONG PERSONS WHO HAVE SUFFERED THE SAME AS A RESULT OF ANY CRIMINAL OFFENCES COMMITTED BY ANY PERSON OR THROUGH ANY MEANS WHATEVER AND THE FAMILIES OF SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED, WHERE SUCH PERSONS ARE RESIDENT WITHIN THE AREAS OF POLICE DIVISIONS B1, CROSBY, FORMBY & DISTRICT, AND B2 WHICH WILL INCLUDE NETHERTON, MAGHULL & DISTRICT.
