TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTY IN CUMBRIA, WHO, BY REASON OF THEIR MENTAL HANDICAP NEED ASSISTANCE BY THE PROVISION OF A SUITABLE HOME ENVIRONMENT AND SKILLED TRAINING AND SUPERVISION TO ENABLE THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR MENTAL PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITY.
