RELIEVING SUFFERS IN THE BOROUGH OF READING AS AT 3 JULY 1988 AND SURROUNDING AREA WHICH ARE PROVIDED WITH MEDICAL SERVICES BY THE WEST BERKSHIRE HEALTH AUTHORITY, FROM SICKLE CELL ANAEMIA AND THEIR RELATIVES AND OTHERS CARING FOR THEM AND TO PROMOTE APPROPRIATE RESEARCH BY MAKING OF GRANTS, THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH BEING DISSEMINATED.
