IN OR TOWARDS HELPING THE ADVANCEMENT AND COMPLETION OF THE EDUCATION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD(BUT PRIMARILY UNDERGRADUATE MEMBERS OF BALLIOL COLLEGE) WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL NEED, AND IN CARRYING OUT THAT OBJECT SHALL BE APPLIED IN PAYING IN WHOLE OR IN PART THE EXPENSES OF SUCH UNDERGRADUATES IN GOING TO AND FROM THE CHALET AND STAYING THEREAT, IN TRAVEL ABROAD OR IN JOINING READING PARTIES.
