(B) THE SUPPLEMENTING OF ANY PART OR PARTS OF ANY EXPENSES INVOLVED IN OBTAINING FOR THE NEEDY RESIDENTS ANY AIDS FOR DISABLEMENT OR FOR PROVIDING ANY FACILITIES OR ARTICLES DESIGNED TO RELIEVE SUFFERING OR GENERALLY TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE NEEDY RESIDENTS AT LUDSHOTT MANOR.
