TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF EAST DEREHAM, NORFOLK BY BRINGING SUCH PERSONS INTO CLOSER ASSOCIATION WITH EACH OTHER AND WITH ABLE BODIED PEOPLE AND THE PROVISION OF, OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME FOR SUCH PERSONS.
