TO PAY APPLY OR APPROPRIATE THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF ONE OR MORE QUALIFIED CHARITY AS DEFINED IN CLAUSE 2 OF THE DEED AND IN DEFAULT OF AND SUBJECT THERETO TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY ONE OR MORE QUALIFIED CHARITY THE TRUSTEES HAVING THE POWER TO ACCULULATE THE INCOME OR ANY PART THEREOF FOR A PERIOD OF TWENTY ONE YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE DEED.
