TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONGST THE PUBLIC IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, ESPECIALLY IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO CREDIT UNIONS AND THEIR POTENTIAL ROLE IN RELIEVING POVERTY AND TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO THE PUBLIC IN KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PERTINENT TO THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF CREDIT UNIONS, TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONGST COMMUNITIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHICH ARE IN NEED OF SUCH RELIEF BY ADVISING NEED INDIVIDUALS WITHIN THOSE COMMUNITIES HOW TO ESTABLISH AND MANAGE CREDIT UNIONS.
