PROMOTING THE PERMANENT PRESERVATION AND DISPLAY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF WORKING REPLICAS OF FIFTEENTH AND SIXTEENTH CENTURY ENGLISH AND SPANISH MARITIME VESSELS TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AS TO THE MEANS AVAILABLE AND ADVANCES ACHIEVED IN MARITIME TRAVEL AND NAVIGATION IN THOSE CENTURIES AND TO INSTRUCT THE PULIC BY PRACTICAL EXAMPLE AND/OR CHARTS UPON METHODS OFCONSTRUCTION OF THE REPLICA SHIPS.
