THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES LIVING AT COVEHAM, ANYARDS ROAD, COBHAM, SURREY BY SUPPLEMENTING THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY COVEHAM HOSTEL WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
