1. THE PROVISION OF MEDALS, CHALLENGE CUPS AND TROPHIES FOR THE CHILDREN OF HAMPSHIRE SCHOOLS FOR THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF PUPILS IN ALL FORMS OF SPORTING ACTIVITY. 2. IF AND INSOFAR AS IN ANY ONE YEAR THE INCOME SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH 1. ABOVE THE APPLICATION OF THE INCOME IN PROMOTING THE PHYSICAL AND RECREATIONAL EDUCATON OF CHILDREN ATTENDING THE SCHOOLS IN HAMPSHIRE.
