TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT OF ARTISTIC TASTE AND KNOWLEDGE UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS AND SCIENCES AND IN PARTICULAR THE ARTS AND SCIENCES OF MUSIC, OPERA, DANCE AND DRAMA, FILM, LITERATURE VISUAL ARTS; BY THE PRESENTATION OR SUPPORTING THE PRESENTATION OF CONCERTS PERFORMANCES EXHIBITIONS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES DURING FESTIVAL PERIODS AND AT OTHER TIMES AS OCCASION SHALL ARISE.
