(1) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AND MEMBERS OF THE REGIMENT IN THE HISTORY AND MILITARY ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE REGIMENT AND THE FORMER REGIMENTS, AND
(2) TO PROMOTE MILITARY EFFICIENCY,
BY THE PRESERVATION AND PUBLIC EXHIBITION OF THE COLLECTION.
