THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RECREATION GROUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF TEDBURN ST MARY AND SURROUNDING AREA IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH INHABITANTS.
