(B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF LEADERS AND LAY PERSONS IN CHRISTIAN CHURCHES OF ALL DENOMINATIONS IN RELATIONSHIP AND PASTORAL SKILLS BASED UPON CHRISTIAN DOCTRINE.
