SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS ARE DEEMED CHARITABLE BY THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT BUT DURING THE LIFETIME OF THE SETTLOR AS SHE SHALL DIRECT BY NOTICE IN WRITING TO THE TRUSTEES AND SUBJECT THERETO FOR SUCH CHARITABLE OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
