2. THE GREAT WESTERN HOSPITALS NHS FOUNDATION TRUST IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROVISION OF SERVICES IN THE MALMESBURY AREA OR SUCH OTHER AREA TO WHICH SERVICES WERE PREVIOUSLY SUPPLIED BY THE MALMESBURY DISTRICT HOSPITAL."
