SUPPORTING YOUNG PEOPLE IN FINANCIAL NEED IN ACCESSING HIGHER EDUCATION, AND (2) THE PROMOTION OF SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS FOR THE TIME BEING ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
