TO ASSIST IN THE PROMOTION OF THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND MORAL WELFARE OF YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGHOUT THE BOROUGH OF KETTERING AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS AND TO INFORM, SUPPORT AND ENABLE THEM SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
