(A) TO OR TOWARDS OR FOR THE BENEFIT OR IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES CHARITABLE INSTITUTIOANS OR CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE. (B) TO EDUCATE TRADE UNIONISTS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM IN THE HISTORY PHILOSOPHY AND DEVELOPMENT OF TRADE UNIONS IN ISRAEL WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE KIBBUTZ AND MOSHAV MOVEMENT AND THE HISTADRUT.
