Charitable objects
(1) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR USE BY THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR: (A) MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES; AND (B) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS; AND (2) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS THE COMMITTEE THINK FIT. THE HALL REPRESENTS A MEMORIAL TO ALL THOSE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO DIED IN THE GREAT WAR OF 1914-1918 AND SUBSEQUENT CONFLICTS.
