TO ADVANCE THE PUBLIC’S EDUCATION IN RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNERSHIP AND IN THE IMPORTANCE OF THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF DOGS IN ORDER TO HELP PREVENT DANGEROUS SITUATION HAPPENING AND TO HELP PREVENT THE NEED FOR THEM TO BE REHOMED DUE TO POOR BEHAVIOUR, THROUGH PROGRAMMES OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
