THE MAKING OR CONFERRING OF GRANTS, ALLOWANCES OR OTHER BENEFITS TO THE EMPLOYEES OR FORMER EMPLOYEES OF STANTON AND STAVELEY LIMITED AT THE STANTON WORKS, STANTON-BY-DALE, ILKESTON, DERBYSHIRE OR THE EMPLOYEES OR FORMER EMPLOYEES OF ANY OTHER EMPLOYER WHICH PARTICIPATES IN THE FUND OR THE WIDOWS OR OTHER DEPENDANTS OF ANY SUCH EMPLOYEES OR FORMER EMPLOYEES FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OR DISTRESS AMONGST SUCH AMOUNTS AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED AS HEREINAFTER PROVIDED.
